Paid internships for students pursuing a master’s degree in counseling, social work and doctoral degrees in psychology are available. There’s no internship supervision fee associated with this program. Additionally, students in nursing and those pursuing bachelor’s degrees in human services should make inquiries as to opportunities in those fields. Settings for internships are available in outpatient, community or school-based, inpatient and residential program sites. Students are matched based on degree, interest and geography.
Internship candidates must be able to provide at the time of the interview a current transcript, the schools internship program requirements including degree and licensure of clinical supervisor, as well as start and end dates for the internship. An agreement between the school and INcompass Healthcare must be agreed upon prior to the start of an internship and all documentation forwarded to the HR department for approval. Educational, professional and criminal background screening is required.
