Medical Insurance
- Employees are offered three medical plan options through UMR, including two PPO plans and a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).
- Employees enrolled in a PPO plan have the option to participate in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for eligible medical expenses.
- The HDHP can be paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA), featuring bi-weekly employer contributions to help you save for future healthcare expenses.
- Plans are available for individual, spouse, and family coverage to fit your needs.
- Eligible on the first day of the month following a 30-day waiting period.
Dental Insurance
Dental Insurance is offered through Guardian Dental, with two plan options to choose from (Core or Buy-Up).

Vision Insurance
- Vision Insurance is provided through EyeMed, offering affordable eye care coverage.

401K Retirement Plan
- 401(k) plan options through Principal
Employer contributions of up to 4.5% of compensation.
Employee eligibility and employer match begin on the first quarter after 6 months of employment.
Life and Disability Insurance
- Basic Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance – Employees receive coverage through MetLife equal to 2x their annual salary (up to $300,000). Coverage begins on the first day of the month following a 30-day waiting period.
- Supplemental Life Insurance – Employees may purchase additional life insurance coverage ranging from $10,000 to $300,000.
- Supplemental Spouse Life Insurance – Employees can purchase coverage for a spouse ranging from $5,000 to $150,000.
- Supplemental Child Life Insurance – Coverage options for children are $5,000 or $10,000.
- Short-Term Disability (STD) – Provides 60% of pre-disability earnings, up to a maximum weekly benefit of $1,000. Eligible on the first day of the month following a 30-day waiting period.
- Long-Term Disability (LTD) – Provides 60% of monthly income, up to $6,000 per month, starting after 90 days of disability (within 180 days of injury or illness). Eligible on the first day of the month following a 30-day waiting period.
Tuition Reimbursement
- Employees are eligible for up to $4,000 per fiscal year in tuition reimbursement.
- Employees become eligible after four months of employment.
Generous PTO and Paid Holidays
- Paid Holidays – We observe eight paid holidays each year — New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) – PTO is accrued based on hours worked, allowing employees to take time away for vacation, personal needs, or rest.

- INcompass Healthcare offers free, confidential support for personal and work-related challenges through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by MetLife.
Internship Opportunities
- INcompass Healthcare offers paid internships for students pursuing a master’s in counseling or social work and doctoral degrees in psychology, with no supervision fee. Opportunities may also be available for students in nursing and bachelor’s programs in human services.
- Internships are offered in outpatient, community, school-based, inpatient, and residential settings, with placements matched to degree, interest, and location.
- Candidates must provide a current transcript, school requirements, and internship dates at the time of the interview. All internships require an agreement between the school and INcompass Healthcare and completion of educational, professional, and background screening prior to start.
HRSA Loan Repayment Program Eligible
- STAR Loan Repayment– Eligible substance use disorder (SUD) treatment clinicians and community health workers can apply to the Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery (STAR) Loan Repayment Program and earn up to $250,000 for loan repayment.
- National Health Services Corp- The National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program (NHSC LRP) offers primary medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health care clinicians the opportunity to have their student loans repaid while earning a competitive salary in exchange for serving in urban, rural, or tribal communities with limited access to care. Potential award amounts are dependent on service commitment.
