What to Expect
All individuals seeking to start services will speak with a registration team member who will complete an initial screening of their needs and INcompass Healthcare’s ability to serve those needs. A full registration including contact information, demographics, and insurance, along with a brief health history, and risk assessments will be completed by the registration team.
Once registration and screenings are complete the individual will be connected for clinical assessment which will include determining the need for treatment and the level of care required; evaluating current functioning; obtaining enough information to develop a preliminary diagnosis, treatment plan, and treatment goals.
