At INcompass Healthcare, we believe that everyone should have access to our services, which is why we’re committed to simplifying the insurance and billing process. Our Client Financial Services team is here to support you every step of the way, ensuring you receive the care you deserve without the financial burden.

We accept Indiana Medicaid and most major Commercial and Medicare insurances including Aetna, Anthem, United Healthcare, Tricare, and more. If your plan is out of network, we’ll work directly with your insurance to obtain approval for your services.

INcompass Healthcare will not deny you access to emergency or medically necessary services solely due to the inability to pay or lack of insurance coverage. If you don’t have insurance, our Healthcare Navigators are available to assist you with enrolling in Indiana Medicaid. Please contact them at 812-537-1302 option 3 to see if you meet requirements to qualify for Indiana Medicaid. We also offer discounts based on income and family size. What is a Facility Fee and why am I being charged?

A Facility Fee covers the costs associated with operating and maintaining the healthcare facility, such as building upkeep, utilities, and equipment. As a licensed psychiatric hospital, INcompass Healthcare provides 24/7 care, 365 days a year, to meet the needs of our clients, as needed. Delivering this level of care requires significant resources, and the facility fee is essential to sustaining these services and ensuring we can continue offering high-quality care to our community.

Will any of my services not be covered by insurance?

It is your primary responsibility to contact your insurance provider to make sure the service you are receiving will be covered by your insurance. Our Client Financial Services team can assist you through this process if you have any questions.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We treat anyone who is experiencing a medical emergency, regardless of your ability to pay. For clients without insurance, we will assist you with obtaining Indiana Medicaid coverage and/or a financial assistance application for reduced fees.

When will I receive a statement for services?

We process client statements monthly. Typically, you will receive a statement by the middle of the month for the previous months’ services if an amount is due. If you have insurance coverage, you will receive a statement after the claim has been processed with all insurances. You will continue to receive a monthly statement until your balance is paid in full. Unpaid balances are subject to third-party collections. Please do not hesitate to contact Client Financial Services if your balance is creating a financial hardship.
