INcompass Healthcare, formerly Community Mental Health Center (CMHC), was founded in 1967 to meet the needs of our Southeastern Indiana community by becoming the region’s first behavioral health organization. We remain focused on our compassionate approach to care and continue to anticipate and answer the needs of our community through our behavioral health, addiction services, and primary care. We are committed to providing exceptional care for everyone.
We offer services to individuals and families in Dearborn, Franklin, Ripley, Ohio and Switzerland County. Our wide range of services include inpatient, outpatient, home-based, school-based, and community-based programs. With over 19 facilities in our community, we are always here to provide our patients with compassionate and comprehensive care.

Licensing and Accreditation
INcompass Healthcare (formerly CMHC) is licensed as a psychiatric hospital by the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction, and is certified as a community mental health center, psychiatric hospital, residential services provider, managed care provider for seriously mentally ill adults and seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescents, and as a provider for substance abuse services. We are also endorsed by the Division of Mental Health and Addiction as a provider of compulsive gambling services.
INcompass Healthcare (formerly CMHC) is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an international, non-profit accreditation organization.
