Adult Billing

CMHC offers a full array of services continuum of care to meet the needs of adults who are in need of brief outpatient services, acute inpatient services and long term treatment for a serious mental illness.

CMHC offers the following programs for adults:

Outpatient Mental Health
The goal of outpatient mental health services is to help people cope with current stressors in order to minimize the impact on their daily lives.  CMHC offers a variety of services for individuals, groups and families consisting of assessments, testing, evaluations, and psychiatric services, as well as individual, family and group therapy.  CMHC professionals will assist your family to find the best program for you after the initial appointment.

Who can participate? Anyone can participate.
Who provides the service? Master’s level therapists, independently licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
Payment: Most major insurances are accepted, non-insured, and Medicaid patients eligible.
Locations:  Lawrenceburg, St. Leon, Brookville, Batesville, Vevay, Ohio County

Substance Use Services
Services are based on the philosophy that substance use issues must be addressed in an individualized manner with assessment to determine the possible presence of mental health issues.  Services are primarily offered in outpatient offices but can be integrated into any of our other programs.

Who can participate? Anyone can participate.
Who provides the service? Master’s level therapists, independently licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
Payment: Most major insurances are accepted, non-insured, and Medicaid patients eligible.
Locations:  Lawrenceburg, St. Leon, BrookvilleBatesville, Vevay, Ohio County

Inpatient Unit
Our Inpatient Unit is a 16 bed locked unit to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for those dealing with a crisis and symptom stabilization that cannot otherwise be treated in the community.

Who can participate? Individuals in need of crisis and symptom stabilization
Who provides the service? Psychiatric technicians, social workers, nurses, and psychiatrists.
Payment: Most major insurances are accepted, non-insured, and Medicaid patients eligible.
Locations:  Lawrenceburg

CASE: Supported Employment and Ticket to Work (Employment)
The goal of CASE is to assist people consumers to obtain and/or maintain gainful, competitive employment of their choice.   CASE operates with the belief that anyone can work if they so desire and are provided with the tools to help them find, get and keep a job.

Who can participate? Individuals 16 and over who are interested in working
Who provides the service? Vocational specialists.
Payment: Some individuals will be referred to Vocational Rehabilitation while people with disability who have a Ticket to Work can assign that Ticket to CASE and receive assistance in that manner. Vocational Rehabilitation usually covers the cost of service.
Locations:  Ticket to Work serves people throughout Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. Persons served by Vocational Rehabilitation primarily live in Dearborn County Lawrenceburg, Batesville.

CMHC is also an employment network through Maximus.

Community Support Services
Community Support Services offers a full range of clinical, housing, health, vocational and life skills services to adults with serious mental mentally illness and co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. in the region.

Who can participate? Adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
Who provides the service? Residential Technicians, Case managers, Master’s level therapists, independently licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists. 
Payment: Most major insurances are accepted for some services, non-insured, and Medicaid patients eligible.  Primary funding for many services is through Medicaid Rehabilitation Option (MRO).
Locations:  Lawrenceburg, Batesville. Housing is located in multiple sites throughout the service area. Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment (IDDT) residential treatment is located in Lawrenceburg and community-based IDDT is primarily in Dearborn County.

Primary Health Clinic
CMHC recently embedded primary health care clinic located on-site at 281 Bielby Road, Lawrenceburg.

Who can participate? Adults with serious mental illness.
Who provides the service? Nurses, advanced practice nurses,  family doctors.
Payment: Medicare and Medicaid patients eligible.
Locations: Lawrenceburg

Support and Advocacy Services
Support and Advocacy Services is a program where a team of volunteers and employees staff a 24 hour hotline; offering peer counseling, hospital accompaniment, court advocacy, referrals for victims of sexual assault and provide school-based prevention/education presented to area students.

Who can participate? Anyone can participate.
Who provides the service? Volunteers supervised by agency employees.
Payment: Program is free to consumers.  Funding is provided by grants and schools.

Problem Gambling
The goal of gambling services is to assess patients for problem associated with gambling as well as other mental health or substance use disorders.

Who can participate? Anyone can participate.
Who provides the service? Master’s level therapists, independently licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists. Payment: Most major insurances are accepted, non-insured, and Medicaid patients eligible.

Sexual Offender Management and Monitoring
CMHC offers assessment services, group therapy, and individual therapy to individuals who have been convicted of a sexual offense and referred by the Indiana Department of Corrections or their local probation office.

Who can participate? Court ordered sexual offenders. 
Who provides the service? Independently licensed therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.
Payment: Self Pay
Locations:  Lawrenceburg
